Wineries can have different group-size, reservation and bus-arrival rules. Ask each venue whether it will accept your headcount and vehicle on the date requested. A public tasting-room listing alone is not confirmation of group access. Keep the tasting bookings separate from the transport quote unless expressly included.

Allow more than the drive time.

A tasting stop includes unloading, walking to the host, checking in and boarding again. Add a meal break and leave room for traffic before selecting the total hours. Group nearby venues instead of crossing the county repeatedly to fit a long list of names.

Browse the fleet for vehicle options. Confirm the assigned bus, passenger capacity, requested amenities, total hours and any minimum charge in your quote. Your written quote and booking agreement specify the deposit, payment deadlines, cancellation/refund and weather terms. Review them before paying.

Before bringing drinks

Confirm the alcohol policy for your route and passenger ages before bringing drinks. Alcohol is not part of the transport quote. Plan alcohol-free travel for prom and other youth events.
