For a city evening, consider a dinner neighborhood and one nearby nightlife area before returning to your pickup point. For a winery day, choose fewer confirmed tastings with time for lunch. These are planning formats, not reserved packages; check group acceptance, age restrictions and operating hours with each venue.

Agree on the group details early.

Collect a committed headcount and choose one organizer to approve the route. Include anyone joining later or leaving early in the plan. Confirm storage for decorations, approved attachment methods, music connectivity and whether cups, ice or coolers are supplied before packing.

Your written quote and booking agreement specify the deposit, payment deadlines, cancellation/refund and weather terms. Review them before paying.

Before bringing drinks

Confirm the alcohol policy for your route and passenger ages before bringing drinks. Alcohol is not part of the transport quote. Plan alcohol-free travel for prom and other youth events.
