Quote requests

The quote form sends the contact and trip details you enter to FormSubmit for delivery to info@partybusrus.com. The information is used to respond to your inquiry and arrange requested transportation. Do not include payment card details or other sensitive information in the form. The form opens the provider’s verification flow, which may use CAPTCHA. See FormSubmit’s privacy information for its handling of submitted data.

Drafts in your browser

The enhanced form temporarily saves the date, time, passenger band, duration, event and vehicle preference in session storage for up to 24 hours in the same tab. It does not save your name, email, phone, pickup address or notes in the draft. Use “Clear this form” on the form to clear the draft. An older version’s saved quote draft is removed when the updated form loads.

Where an inquiry came from

The site can include a limited source record with a quote: the first page path, referring website hostname and sanitized campaign labels. This helps explain how a customer found us without storing a full referring URL. The record is kept only in the current browser session. When optional analytics is configured, source collection waits for consent; declining analytics clears the record.

Optional analytics

When enabled, Google Analytics is offered through a consent choice before it loads. You can decline it or withdraw consent using “Analytics privacy choices”. Declining does not prevent a quote request. Analytics events describe page visits, contact-link clicks and quote-form steps. The implementation excludes form answers such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, exact dates, locations and notes. A click or form handoff does not prove a completed call, delivered email or booking.

Your consent choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. If you allow analytics, Google may set its own measurement cookies. Withdrawing consent stops future collection from this site and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase data already received by Google.
