Out-of-town group transportation
Request a trip beyond the DMV with the destination, travel dates and full schedule in view.
Describe the full journey.
Provide the destination address, outbound and return dates, and every planned movement while away. A day trip, an overnight stay and a vehicle that remains with the group are different requests. Availability is confirmed for the itinerary rather than guaranteed for every destination.
Include luggage and access requirements.
Share the number of bags and any sports or event equipment. Ask about luggage capacity, comfort stops, restroom availability and boarding access on the proposed vehicle. A vehicle suitable for a local celebration may not be the right fit for a longer journey.
Review the full cost and driver plan.
Ask which driving, waiting, mileage, toll, parking and lodging costs apply. Longer itineraries must allow for applicable driver-duty and rest requirements. Let the team review the schedule before promising passengers a fixed arrival time or continuous vehicle availability.
What to send with your request
The more complete the trip details, the easier it is to compare vehicle options and a written proposal. If a detail is undecided, say so rather than guessing.
- Destination address and all travel dates
- Passenger count, luggage and equipment
- All local movements during the stay
- Arrival deadlines, return plan and flexibility
Vehicle, price and booking details
Browse the fleet for vehicle options. Confirm the assigned bus, passenger capacity, requested amenities, total hours and any minimum charge in your quote. Your written quote and booking agreement specify the deposit, payment deadlines, cancellation/refund and weather terms. Review them before paying.

Explore DMV pickup areas, see how quotes are prepared, or contact the team about an itinerary question. A quote request does not reserve a vehicle.
