Your route sets the quote
Party Bus R Us prepares individual quotes for DMV group trips. Share the date, pickup and return locations, passenger count, planned stops and hours. Include accompanying adults and luggage so the proposed vehicle fits the actual group.
Compare the total, not just the hourly rate
Ask for the total for the same date, vehicle, route and duration. A lower hourly figure can cover fewer hours or exclude costs another quote includes. No market-wide rate or minimum is promised here; the written proposal confirms the charge for your trip.
- Vehicle and chauffeur, with the assigned vehicle or substitution terms identified
- Booked hours, any minimum, and how additional time is approved and charged
- Taxes, gratuity, fuel, tolls, parking, waiting and mileage where applicable
- Requested decorations, equipment, cleaning or other additional charges
- Any separate tickets, tasting fees, reservations or third-party costs
How the request works
Send the trip details, then review the available vehicle and route options with the team. You can note an undecided stop or ask for more than one option. Submitting the form requests a response; it does not produce an instant price, reserve a bus or take payment.
Deposits, changes and cancellations
Your written quote and booking agreement specify the deposit, payment deadlines, cancellation/refund and weather terms. Review them before paying. Ask when the quote expires, when the booking is confirmed, what a date or route change costs, and how a refund is calculated. Keep the written agreement with your trip details.
A simple group-cost calculation
Once the total is confirmed, divide it by the number of paying guests. Count every rider for capacity even when someone is not paying a share. If the group is covering a guest of honor, agree that arrangement before collecting money. Payments between friends do not change the booking agreement.
