For departures, share the airline’s check-in deadline and requested terminal arrival time. Travel time varies with pickup location, traffic and airport procedures; avoid using one fixed estimate for all DMV journeys.

Confirm the meeting and delay arrangements.

Ask where your vehicle can legally collect the group and how the driver and organizer will communicate. Confirm the included waiting period, flight-delay handling and any additional charge in the quote. If flights arrive far apart, compare a shared wait with separate movements.
