Before confirming a booking

Your written quote and booking agreement specify the deposit, payment deadlines, cancellation/refund and weather terms. Review them before paying. A request through this website is an inquiry. It does not reserve a vehicle or establish a price. Obtain written confirmation of the vehicle, route, dates, hours and total charge before relying on a reservation.

Changes, cancellations and weather

Ask which notice deadlines and charges apply to a cancellation or change, whether a refund relates to a deposit or the total paid, and how weather or a canceled event is handled. The terms must be clear in your booking agreement; do not assume that a deposit is refundable or a reschedule is free.

Passenger information and conduct

Give the team an accurate passenger count, including accompanying adults, and tell us about luggage and accessibility requirements. Confirm any youth-event supervision arrangements. Stay seated while the vehicle is moving and follow the driver’s safety instructions. Confirm the alcohol policy for your route and passenger ages before bringing drinks. Alcohol is not part of the transport quote. Plan alcohol-free travel for prom and other youth events.

Items to confirm in the agreement

Review charges for additional time, waiting, tolls, parking, route changes, damage and extra cleaning. Ask about vehicle substitution, pickup delays and the procedure for reporting a problem. No broader liability waiver or refund entitlement is created by this summary.
