New Year’s Eve party transportation
Coordinate dinner, the evening’s main event and a planned ride home.
Start with confirmed reservations.
Share the exact dinner or event venue and your ticketed entry time. Do not assume a fireworks display, road access or late admission from a previous year will be repeated. Check the event organizer’s current information and build the transport plan around confirmed arrangements.
Leave room for a busy night.
Closures, queues and crowded pickup areas can affect travel. Agree the meeting place and a backup communication plan. A route with several home pickups or venues needs more boarding time than a single pickup and return.
Make the end of the booking clear.
Write down the final departure and return time, including the correct calendar date after midnight. Ask how overtime or changes are approved and charged. Vehicle availability and any date-specific minimum or rate are confirmed in your written quote.
What to send with your request
The more complete the trip details, the easier it is to compare vehicle options and a written proposal. If a detail is undecided, say so rather than guessing.
- December 31 event and reservation details
- Passengers and pickup addresses
- Return time and date after midnight
- Vehicle preference and route flexibility
Vehicle, price and booking details
Browse the fleet for vehicle options. Confirm the assigned bus, passenger capacity, requested amenities, total hours and any minimum charge in your quote. Your written quote and booking agreement specify the deposit, payment deadlines, cancellation/refund and weather terms. Review them before paying.
Before bringing drinks
Confirm the alcohol policy for your route and passenger ages before bringing drinks. Alcohol is not part of the transport quote. Plan alcohol-free travel for prom and other youth events.

Explore DMV pickup areas, see how quotes are prepared, or contact the team about an itinerary question. A quote request does not reserve a vehicle.
