Start with taproom reservations.
A brewery brand may have several locations with different hours or group policies. Record the exact address for each stop, confirm whether reservations are needed and check food availability. An old itinerary may name a closed location; use current venue information before committing.
Keep the route compact.
Choose one area such as DC, Alexandria or Loudoun and compare the time between your actual venues. Include boarding and walking time, not only navigation estimates. A smaller number of relaxed stops with a meal can work better than trying to cover every brewery on the list.
Plan the return before the first stop.

Vehicle, price and booking details
Browse the fleet for vehicle options. Confirm the assigned bus, passenger capacity, requested amenities, total hours and any minimum charge in your quote. Your written quote and booking agreement specify the deposit, payment deadlines, cancellation/refund and weather terms. Review them before paying.
Before bringing drinks
Confirm the alcohol policy for your route and passenger ages before bringing drinks. Alcohol is not part of the transport quote. Plan alcohol-free travel for prom and other youth events.
