The rules that govern your booking with Party Bus R Us. Designed to be readable, not buried in legalese.
Booking
A booking is confirmed when a refundable deposit is paid and a signed booking agreement is on file. The balance is due 14 days before your event.
Cancellation
Full refund 30+ days before your event. 50% refund 14-30 days out. Deposit forfeit inside 14 days. Weather or driver-cancelled bookings get full refunds or rescheduled at no charge.
Alcohol & conduct
BYOB allowed in Maryland and Virginia (passengers 21+ only). DC alcohol service requires an ABRA permit. No smoking, no illegal substances, no standing while the vehicle is moving. Damage caused by passengers is charged against the deposit and any excess billed.
Driver authority
Drivers can end a booking early at their discretion for unsafe behavior, threats, or repeated violations. Refunds in such cases are at company discretion.
Liability
Party Bus R Us is not responsible for items left on the bus or for delays caused by traffic, weather, or events outside our control. Best efforts will always be made to accommodate.
