Prom is a logistics nightmare for parents — multiple stops, late-night drop-offs, groups split across cars, no easy way to track where anyone is. We make it simple: one bus, one driver, one start point, one end point, all the kids in one place the entire night.

How prom bookings work.
One parent or the senior class organizer books the bus and acts as point of contact. All passengers' names are submitted in advance. Pickup and drop are confirmed addresses (no "I'll text you the location"). Parents can opt into live GPS sharing. We bill the responsible party; group venmo arrangements are between the kids.
Book by February.
DMV prom season runs late April through mid-June. Our prom-season buses fill 6–10 weeks in advance — we recommend booking by February. Last-minute availability is sometimes possible but not guaranteed.
Pricing for prom.
Prom is our peak booking window. Weekend rates apply across the industry. Most prom groups book a 5–6 hour package covering pickup → photos → dinner → dance → optional after-party drop. Custom quote per group.
