Risk-management standards.
We work directly with chapter advisors and parent organizations on documentation requirements. All members consuming alcohol on board must be 21+ with valid ID (we ID-check at pickup, politely, once). Standard waiver from chapter risk manager required for all bookings.
Pricing & minimums.
4-hour minimum. Most chapter formals book 5–6 hours on the Signature 30 or Imperial 35. Multi-bus bookings (you have 80 members, we have 35-passenger buses, you do the math) get volume discounts. Direct billing to chapter account available with W-9 on file.
